Digital Escrow is a simple payment service that protects both the seller and buyer in global financial transactions. It reduces the risk of fraud and keeps both parties safe from any failure or cancellation on either side of the transaction.
HOW DOES ONEAGRIX DIGITAL ESCROW WORKS?
OneAgrix holds the buyer’s funds until products are successfully shipped and passed inspection, as a trusted third party.
OneAgrix releases the funds to the seller upon verification of the proof of shipment from the buyer.
- Buyer and seller mutually agree on a contract stating terms of trade such as product details, shipping information and payment release conditions.
- Buyer submits payment to the OneAgrix's secure digital Escrow account held in Singapore. OneAgrix will safeguard the funds until the order is fulfilled.
- Seller completes the shipment and sends goods to the buyer.
- Seller uploads proof of shipment on the OneAgrix Digital platform.
- OneAgrix will check the documents against the agreement. Once documents are verified, payment will be released and the seller will receive funds within 48 hours.
